Role Responsibility
- Ensuring all coffee served meets company standards.
- Proactive task execution, working efficiently and independently.
- Maintaining a clean and safe coffee machine and equipment.
- Upholding cleanliness standards behind the bar and around the espresso machine.
- Complying with health and safety standards.
- Following all compliance and company standards.
- Providing support to team members.
- Positive and respectful communication with all team levels.
